Blogs Educativos

Os blogs educativos são páginas simples, que levam vantagem sobre as home pages pela facilidade de criação e publicação, já que atualmente não é necessário nenhum conhecimento em programação para criá-los e atualizá-los. Além disso, publicam idéias em tempo real e possibilitam a interação com qualquer pessoa do mundo que esteja conectada. Sua principal característica são os textos curtos que podem ser lidos e comentados, abrangendo uma infinidade de assuntos: diários, piadas, notícias, poesias, músicas, fotografias, enfim, tudo que a imaginação do autor permitir. Como num veloz arquivo eletrônico, ele permite a abordagem de diversos assuntos, aumentando a interatividade com os visitantes, que passam a constituir uma comunidade. Ampliam-se assim, as possibilidades de um diálogo com outras formas de saber entre as diferentes disciplinas do conhecimento escolar. Os blogs podem ajudar a construir redes sociais e redes de saberes.
Na educação, os blogs são uma excelente ferramenta para publicação de idéias. Esses diários eletrônicos são uma ferramenta diferente, com potencial para reinventar o trabalho pedagógico.

Blogs em ação
Os conhecimentos adquiridos pela turma durante os projetos de estudo, bem como as demais atividades, podem ser registradas no blog, sendo possível enriquecer os relatos com links, fotos, ilustrações e sons. Os blogs são usados com o objetivo de desenvolver o hábito de registro e para divulgar boas iniciativas. São estratégias que visam dar a palavra aos estudantes e desenvolver a sua criatividade.
Todo o processo, desde escolher o servidor, eleger e editar o visual, inscrever os participantes e decidir o nome e os objetivos do blog, pode ser feito coletivamente. Também é possível fazer do blog um jornal da turma.

Vantagens dos blogs educativos
Os blogs são um espaço privilegiado para a organização de aulas, oficinas, pesquisas, onde pode-se sistematizar um assunto organizando-o de acordo com as necessidades específicas de um grupo (de alunos ou professores), constituindo-se em um significativo do processo de aprendizagem. A sua aplicação no cotidiano escolar pode se dar na forma de blogs pessoais onde os alunos escrevem livremente, bem como podem ser Blogs voltados para os conteúdos abordados através da publicações de notícias, reportagem, pesquisas, histórias, debates ou através da criação de textos.

Alguns motivos para usar blogs como atividade de ensino-aprendizagem
A web é uma ótima ferramenta para compartilhar conhecimento.
Escrever sobre algo, implica em reflexão e crítica, o que é fundamental no processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
Desenvolver a habilidade de gerenciar informação.
Desenvolver a habilidade de transformar informação em conhecimento.
Evitar o retrabalho docente. Uma vez publicado você só precisa aperfeiçoar!!!
Desenvolver o espírito de colaboração(aprender a conviver)
Aprender a aprender.
A utilização de blogs na educação, possibilita o enriquecimento das aulas e projetos através da publicação e interação de idéias na Internet. Basta adequá-los aos objetivos educacionais, para que o conhecimento seja construído através da interação dos recursos informáticos e das capacidades individuais, criando um ambiente favorável para a aprendizagem.

II CLAFPL – II Congresso Latino-Americano de Formação de Professores de Línguas

Informações Gerais
A Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) e o subgrupo de Formação de Professores do GT de Lingüística Aplicada da ANPOLL (Associação Nacional de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação em Letras e Lingüística) têm a satisfação de anunciar a realização do II CLAFPL – II Congresso Latino-Americano de Formação de Professores de Línguas, a ser realizado no Campus Gávea da PUC-Rio, Brasil, no período de 27 a 29 de novembro de 2008, e que terá por tema: Formação de professores de línguas e transformação social O evento será constituído por conferências, mesas-redondas, simpósios, sessões de comunicações coordenadas, comunicações individuais e sessões de pôsteres, que contarão com nomes representativos da área de formação de professores do Brasil e do exterior.


Temas

As propostas para simpósios, comunicações coordenadas, sessões de pôsteres interativos e comunicações individuais serão organizadas dentro dos seguintes temas:

Formadores e pesquisadores como aprendizes;

Cognição do professor de línguas;

Identidade do professor de línguas;

Educação lingüística do professor de línguas;

Estudos comparativos na formação de professores de línguas;

Políticas lingüísticas e sua interface com a formação de professores de línguas;

O discurso pedagógico no contexto da formação do professor de línguas;

Questões curriculares das licenciaturas em Letras e suas relações com as áreas de Educação, Psicologia, Informática, Fonoaudiologia, etc;

O trabalho do professor de línguas e a formação de professores;

Novas tecnologias da informação e comunicação (NTICs) e educação a distância na formação inicial e continuada de professores de línguas;

Convênios e parcerias (universidade-escola) na formação inicial e continuada do professor de línguas;

Avaliação educacional e formação de professores de línguas;

Integração da formação inicial e continuada;

Ética e discurso nas pesquisas sobre formação de professores de línguas.

O The Flatmates é uma sessão do site BBC Learning English que apresenta semanalmente situações vividas por uma turma que compartilha o mesmo apartamento. Os diálogos são curtos e de fácil compreensão, como se não bastasse, o visitante ainda pode baixar o áudio em mp3 para praticar o listening. Até o momento são mais de 120 diálogos nos arquivos do Flatmates e muitos outros estão por vir.A turma do The Flatmates (formada por Tim, Helen, Khalid, Alice e Michael) passa por situações do cotidiano, por conta disso é um excelente recurso, principalmente para usar em sala de aula. APLIERJ was founded in Campos dos Goytacazes in 1993 in an effort to foster the professional development of teachers of English in Rio de Janeiro State.
